![]() I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to mention it but I guess the sheer horror blocked it from my mind. Incidentally, in Ab Intervals, Shaun T requires you to punch yourself in the stomach. But no matter what I have to do in this programme, it’s a fantastic feeling to complete two workouts early in the morning and still have the rest of the day ahead of me to enjoy. My legs are definitely the strongest past of my body which means I don’t struggle as much with lunges, squats and jumping jacks as I do with core abdominal work. So I decided to do that one first and get it over with.īy contrast, Lower Focus is a refreshing change. ![]() It’s the one workout I dread the most and Shaun goes and sticks it at the end of a very long, hard week. I cannot express strongly enough how much I HATE Ab Intervals.
